By accessing and utilizing TrendWatching’s TrendBaby AI-powered ideation tools, you acknowledge and agree that the input data you provide will be processed by the OpenAI API for the sole purpose of generating outputs that are displayed exclusively on app.trendwatching.com and are accessible only to the user who submitted the data.

TrendWatching does not retain, disclose or repurpose your data beyond the immediate requirements necessary to fulfil the requested output.

Additionally, TrendWatching has opted out of allowing OpenAI to use its user data for training or improving OpenAI’s language models. OpenAI has confirmed that data processed through their API is not employed for these purposes.

About references: if the OpenAI-generated content includes references to or examples of other companies, products or any other intellectual property, then TrendWatching explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the use of those references. Users are obviously not permitted to use such examples in breach of Trademarks, intellectual properties outside public domain or without obtaining the necessary permissions from the relevant parties.

About ownership of content: as between you and OpenAI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in input and (b) own the output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to output.

About similarity of content: due to the nature of artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our services — even though the chance of receiving exactly the same output is infinitesimal.

TrendWatching is committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy protection.
Its TrendBaby tools collect and process input data solely to generate the requested outputs via the OpenAI API.

TrendWatching does not retain any input data, nor discloses such data to any third parties except for the essential processing by OpenAI.

All data transmissions are conducted with industry-standard security protocols, and TrendWatching adheres strictly to all applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within the European Union.
