What was covered?

Participants enjoyed an immersion into all the meaningful consumer trends that need to be on your radar in the coming 12 months. Curated and presented by the TrendWatching and Business of Purpose teams. 

They also received temporary access to our trend platform (for those who were not members, yet). 

And yes, plenty of opportunity to network with your fellow trend people was included, too.

On 25 August 2023, we welcomed dozens of other trend-focused yet time-challenged professionals from all over Australia and New Zealand.

From Marketing Managers, Heads of Innovation and Insights Managers to Strategists, Creative Directors and Account Managers. Across all industries, from Brookfield and Accenture to Gateway Bank and Opal.

The seminar took place on the edge of Sydney Harbour at the beautiful Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA). Blue skies and stunning views were included 🙌

Erick works across the intersection of trend intelligence, business opportunities and strategic direction. A Dutch-Belgian hybrid, Erick combines his academic background in innovation research and concept development with his love of getting into the nitty-gritty of the new and the next. Through his work, he’s produced multiple podcasts and white papers on intersectional activism and led innovation trajectories for various multinational brands including JP Morgan Chase, Brookfield and PageGroup.
