Odekro — Civil organization boosts African government transparency

January 2017 saw Odekro publish a study on the performance of the Ghanaian parliament, a month after the nation’s most recent elections. The civil organization’s website reports details of MPs’ attendance, parliamentary duties, engagement with the public and contribution in parliament and on government committees. The aim of Odekro is to promote transparency and give the public access to information on parliamentary data, debates and policies.
