Caitlin Hughan

Caitlin is a London-based Trend Analyst with a professional background in fashion and design. She writes Amplify reports on the latest industry-specific consumer trends, conducts research for clients across the globe, and is a pivotal force in TrendWatching’s research strategy – leading weekly brainstorms to help translate global innovations into trend theory. 

A graduate of Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, Caitlin has traveled the globe taking part in artist residencies. Her work has been selected by WGSN and featured in exhibitions around the world, from London to Sydney. Having assisted various emerging designers in the UK and worked extensively with the British designer Margaret Howell in France, Caitlin is an expert in luxury retail and passionate about creating solutions for a circular fashion industry. 

Caitlin continues to draw on her experience in design and consumer insight as she completes her postgraduate studies at the Royal College of Art – both researching and creating sustainable innovations of her own.
