What’s the difference between the account tiers?
Basic accounts give a single user full and unlimited access to all the core TW:Premium service content & tools.
Pro accounts are designed for teams (of up to 5 users), and also include exclusive access to Industry HeatMaps (unique data-driven collective intelligence into the direction of an industry, enabling you to benchmark your strategy against the world's leading trend professionals) and a 1:1 strategy consultation call & custom deck to guarantee you're getting the most out of TW:Premium. All users must share the same email domain.
Enterprise accounts enable you to give larger teams or your entire organization access to the TW:Premium service, as well as bespoke access solutions (such as intranet integration).

Do I pay monthly or annually?
The Premium Service is an annual service (with a one-off, upfront payment), giving you access until November 2017 to all content & tools above. All parts of our content are designed to support each other, so it's not possible to buy just parts of the service (such as our annual Trend Report or a single Industry Update), or just one month (or a few months) of access. You'll get instant access when paying by credit card or on receipt of payment if paying by invoice / wire transfer.
If I find the service is not right for me, can I get a refund?
We want you to be totally happy and satisfied with Premium. Therefore, if for any reason you find that it isn't for you, then just let us know within four weeks of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
