What’s the difference between Individual, Team and Trusted Trend Partner accounts?
Individual accounts grant a single user full and unlimited access to all the Premium Service’s content & tools.
Team accounts offer a cost-effective way of giving up to 5 members of your marketing, strategy, planning, design, creative or innovation team access to all our content and tools, plus our local analysts are also available if you need guidance with research for your projects. All users must share the same email domain.
Trusted Trend Partner accounts are designed for organizations who need access for multiple teams, countries and regions with different email domains, as well as a bespoke solution covering all trend needs (such as intranet access, regular custom reports, presentations & workshops).

Well, our crowdsourced, freemium model offers both scope and scale: the reach of our free publications means we can attract clients in over 60 countries without huge client acquisition costs, while our in-house analysts are supported by a network of 1000s of spotters who get paid per contribution, driving down our cost of generating content.

Do I pay monthly or annually?
The Premium Service is an annual service (with a one-off, upfront payment), giving you access until May 2016 to all content & tools above. All parts of our content are designed to support each other, so it's not possible to buy just parts of the service (such as our annual Trend Report or a single Industry Update), or just one month (or a few months) of access. You'll get instant access when paying by credit card or on receipt of payment if paying by invoice / wire transfer.
If I find the service is not right for me, can I get a refund?
We want you to be totally happy and satisfied with Premium. Therefore, if for any reason you find that it isn't for you, then just let us know within four weeks of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
