Partner ? These are totally bespoke solutions covering all your trend needs, in terms of access (via intranet, across multiple email domains etc) and content delivery (via custom deep dive reports, presentations and apply workshops).

What's the difference between Freelancer / micro-business, Standard & Trusted Trend Partner accounts?
Our Standard accounts give you and your colleagues full and unlimited access to all content & tools in our Premium Service, just make sure that all users must have the same company email domain.

Do I pay monthly or annually?
The Premium Service is an annual service (with a one-off, upfront payment), giving you access until May 2016 to all content & tools above. All parts of our content are designed to support each other, so it's not possible to buy just parts of the service (such as our annual Trend Report or a single Industry Update), or just one month (or a few months) of access. You'll get instant access when paying by credit card or on receipt of payment if paying by invoice / wire transfer.
If I find the service is not right for me, can I get a refund?
We want you to be totally happy and satisfied with Premium. Therefore, if for any reason you find that it isn't for you, then just let us know within four weeks of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
