  • What's the difference between Freelancer / micro-business, Standard & Trusted Trend Partner accounts?

    Our Standard accounts give you and your colleagues full and unlimited access to all content & tools in our Premium Service, just make sure that all users must have the same company email domain.

    We also think it's important to make corporate-grade trend intelligence available to professionals with a very limited budget. If you're a freelancer or work for a business with less than 5 employees in total, we can offer you a freelancer / micro-business account. We'll verify your account within 24 hours of purchase, so please make sure you're eligible (otherwise it gets embarrassing for both of us!).

Well, our crowdsourced, freemium model offers both scope and scale: the reach of our free publications means we can attract clients in over 60 countries without huge client acquisition costs, while our in-house analysts are supported by a network of 1000s of spotters who get paid per contribution, driving down our cost of generating content.

    As a result, we can offer you market-leading trend content and tools at a much lower price than other services (and certainly MUCH less than engaging traditional agencies or consultants!).

  • Do I pay monthly or annually?

    The Premium Service is an annual service (with a one-off, upfront payment), giving you access until May 2016 to all content & tools above. All parts of our content are designed to support each other, so it's not possible to buy just parts of the service (such as our annual Trend Report or a single Industry Update), or just one month (or a few months) of access. You'll get instant access when paying by credit card or on receipt of payment if paying by invoice / wire transfer.

  • If I find the service is not right for me, can I get a refund?

    We want you to be totally happy and satisfied with Premium. Therefore, if for any reason you find that it isn't for you, then just let us know within four weeks of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
