We are looking to fill TWO Researcher / Writer positions.

One is for a bilingual Mandarin and English speaker, the other is for a native English speaker (knowledge of other Asian languages is a bonus).

Are you a self-motivated, curious and dynamic individual? Do you have 3-4 years of experience in a consumer or market analysis and research role with a leading management consulting, trend consulting, or market research company?
Are you fascinated by where consumerism, brands and businesses are today and where they are headed? Is your ideal life spent reading, filtering, analyzing and writing up all the trend examples, innovations and insights you come across?

Job details:

• On a daily basis, you will scour every kind of media and publication including: online magazines, blogs, social media, offline print, and TV
• You will be able to clearly and quickly synthesize consumer trends and insights from a wide range of sources, business topics and industries – turning them into well-written content that matches the style and tone of our Trend Briefings.

Further requirements:

• Be interested and plugged into the development of Asia and Asian consumers, yet still have a global outlook
• You should also have a firm understanding of consumer needs, desires and behaviors, and how they drive trends
• Be able to deal and adapt to workload, changing demands, inter-office time differences and tight deadlines
• Have a good grasp of basic tech and software (Word, PPT, Evernote, Dropbox, etc.)
