We're delighted to be expanding our Client Services and Sales Team, this time we're on the hunt for a New-York based Client Services & Sales Manager.
In this role you will be a key element of our North American presence, conversing with our many existing paying clients (who include truckloads of major brands and agencies - think Google, Clorox, TBWA, Newell and DDB) and converting our thousands of free Trend Briefing subscribers - from New York to LA to Vancouver.
We're after someone who is incredibly ambitious, independent, a big fan of our content, loves creating relationships with clients, but also has a keen sales sensibility. As such, you will work independently but in very close contact with our London, Singapore and São Paulo team in order to create and execute effective client service, marketing and sales campaigns. Sometimes projects will be autonomous and sometimes part of a global strategy, to which you will contribute from the outset.
In short, be ready to hit the ground running, make your mark, and get yourself involved in a young and fast-growing international company. As such, we'd expect you to have both customer service and direct sales experience, as well as an energetic, can-do attitude.

* Initially, you will work independently from New York, supported by our core team in London and colleagues in Sao Paulo and Sydney.
This is a major opportunity for someone with 2-3 years experience in customer service and sales: with your help, we intend to rapidly build out our Client Service & Sales team in the US. We will match your current income/fees.
