    For the morning session and first keynote of the day, we present 10 trends that need to be on the radar of any (switched-on) B2C professional. Illustrated by real-world innovation examples, we’ll spend the entire morning on the trends reshaping the behaviours, mindsets and expectations of consumers to 2020.

    There will be a 30-minute break halfway through this full morning session.
